Q:
What
happens if we mess up? |
A:
We
won’t let you. Our jeweler works with you throughout
the whole process to guide and assist you. We guarantee
your rings will look as good as any professionally-made
ring you could buy. |

Q:
What
metals can we choose for our rings? |
A:
By far the most popular are white gold, yellow gold (we only use 18k) and platinum (we only use .950). Ask us about other metals that may interest you, including fashionable .950 palladium. |

Q:
We
have a particular design in mind. Can we make it? |
A:
Depends
how complex it is. Our jeweler will tell you if you
can complete your design yourselves or if he will need
to apply the final touches. |

Q:
Can
we have diamonds or other stones in our rings? |
A:
Yes,
but stone-setting is a skill of its own. So you will
make your rings and let us mount the gem stones afterwards.

Q:
We
have an old ring of my grandmother’s. Can it be incorporated
in our rings? |
A:
Yes,
it can be melted and added or it can be attached, so
long as the metal is the same purity as you have chosen
for your rings . |

Q:
How
long does it take to make both wedding rings? |
A:
You
work together on each other’s rings under the jewelers’
guidance. Most couples complete their rings in a leisurely
5 to 6 hours or so. |

Q:
Can
the rings be engraved? |
A:
Yes,
we can engrave your wedding date or an inscription of
your choice at no charge. |

Q:
Can
we take our rings away with us after we’ve made them? |
A:
Certainly
– unless you’ve arranged for our jeweler to do some
additional work such as setting stones, which will take
a few days. |
